NOTE: This is a 6 volt camera and is designed to replace an existing Tundra camera. Toyota navigation units and mirrors produce 6 volts to the camera output and require this camera as it is a compatible CMOS that runs on 6 volts. Installation Information

Remove the torx screws on the back side of the tailgate, remove the two bolts holding your factory camera to the bezel, unplug the factory camera from the harness. To replace simply reverse the order - 15 minutes to install!

Q:  Where does this camera plug in?

A: This camera plugs directly into your factory camera harness under the truck, behind the rear bumper, on the passenger side frame rail. It does not plug in at the tailgate harness near the camera.  That harness will no longer be used.
