Shipping & Delivery
When placing your order please indicate how you would like your order shipped. We ship using USPS, FedEx, and DHL but typically you will find that the USPS service is the fastest and most affordable - Orders received after 3:00pm CST will ship the next business day. if you have any issues please feel free to give us a call. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Note that some countries will charge a duty tax at the border and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Camera Source does not charge international duty and does not collect money associated with these charges. All duties/taxes are typically collected by the shipping company prior to final delivery. Camera Source will not discount products in an attempt to reduce tax burden for the customer.
At Camera Source we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. In the event that you run into a technical issue with your product we ask that you call our support team so that we can assist in either troubleshooting or issuing a replacement component if needed. All returns and exchanges must first be issued an RMA by either calling our support staff or emailing us through our support email address found in the installation instructions. You may also use the contact us link on this website to submit your request for a technical issue or return authorization. NOTE- some products may require a credit card authorization before a warranty replacement can be shipped. International customers (outside of USA and Canada) will pay for the shipping costs outside of 6 months from date of purchase. All duties, express shipping, or other related costs are paid for by the Buyer. Installation labor or any other collateral expense is not covered under the scope of our warranty.
Note regarding Lockpick warranties- Camera Source does not cover shipping on Lockpick warranty outside of the USA. If you live in Canada or other international location please be aware of this policy before purchasing.
Interface modules and Lockpicks are not returnable once installed due to product VIN locks. All returns for full refund must be within 30 days of purchase, brand new, never installed, and in original packaging to include the outer carton if applicable. Open, installed, or damaged products will be subject to a restocking fee and the customer will be charged for missing or damaged items. Return shipping is paid for by the Buyer.
